A typing certificate is a record of the named assessment and issuer. Understand the information on it before presenting it to an employer or other organisation.
Read the issued details
An issued record includes the holder’s certificate name, language, assessment date, duration, measured WPM, accuracy, issue date and unique certificate ID. Check these details against your assessment and contact support if a correction is needed.
Verify the reference
Use this website’s verification page and enter the ID exactly. Only published records marked valid can be confirmed publicly. Pending and revoked records are not valid issued certificates. The public record excludes purchase email, phone number and payment reference.
Confirm acceptance before enrolling
Ask the receiving organisation which issuer, language, duration and performance criteria it accepts. This is a skills certificate from the named issuer. Government accreditation and guaranteed employment are not claimed.
Keep your record accessible
Retain the certificate reference and any approved document you receive. Verification helps another person check the published record; it is not permission to disclose your private purchase or registration details.
