Finding your assessment instructions
Follow the instructions supplied with your purchase to locate your access code and assessment link. Email verification codes are sent separately when you register for the assessment on this website.
Missing delivery or access
Check the inbox and spam folder of your purchase email. If you cannot find the instructions, send the product name, purchase email and reference through the contact form. Do not send full bank or card details.
